This document regulates access to and use of the website propcosta.com, owned by Propcosta S.A.S., a simplified joint stock company under Ecuadorian law, with tax ID (RUC) 1793215476001, registered in the Mercantile Registry of the canton of Quito on March 14, 2022.
The website's purpose is the informational dissemination of the private real estate participation program developed by Propcosta, as well as the collection of requests for information from interested individuals.
The program offered by Propcosta is strictly private in nature. It does not constitute a government program, a public offering of securities or a regulated financial instrument. Participation is formalised through a civil contract signed between the parties.
Participation in real estate projects entails risks, including the possible partial or total loss of the capital contributed. Distributions are subject to the progress and conditions of each project. Past results do not guarantee future results.
All site content (text, images, brands, logos, design) is the property of Propcosta or its licensors. Its reproduction, distribution or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited.
Propcosta is not responsible for information provided by third parties or for damages resulting from technical interruptions, connection failures or computer viruses that the user may experience when accessing the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. For any controversy, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the judges and courts of the canton of Quito, province of Pichincha.
