We collect the data you provide voluntarily through the sign-up form: full name and email address. Additionally, we may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type and browsing data through analytics cookies.
The data is used to send you information about the participation program in housing projects, to manage your request, to handle inquiries and, with your consent, to send commercial communications related to our services.
Processing is based on the consent of the data subject in accordance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection of Ecuador (Official Registry Supplement 459 of May 26, 2021) and its Regulations.
We keep the data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, in any case, for a maximum of 5 years from the last contact, except for a longer legal retention obligation.
